Hi Guys, first post so go easy

I had an add-on a while ago, but since reformatting seem to have lost it and forgotten its name

What the add-on did was to take a plane, apply it to it, and then fill it with varying size and height polygons (mostly used for cityscenes, or mech-plating etc).

Does anyone have this add-on, know of it, or something similar.
