can't you just animate them one ofter the other? As long as they return to the default pose between each action it should be fine shouldn't it?

i want to do the same thing for my thesis. I want to make several animations in one file then i will load that in visual C# express.

My idea is to call the animations one by one. Let's say that the frames from 1-15 would be for walking then frames 16-30 would be for running. If the user press w, the walk animation would play.

Do you have any idea on how I could do this?
