we will provide 3DS Max files for a set of buildings we have.

These might need tidying up a bit then making into some fly through animations exported as flash.

The flash needs to be in smaller seperate sections to allow quicker running online.

information pop ups need to be incorporated on certain objects around the buildings, the information for these pop up will be database driven (also provided by us)

so... a step by step guide...

1. Exterior of Building loads
2. Parts of the building (obvious by glowing or something) can be selected to get more information
3. Click on the door of the building and it animates inside the building
4. inside the building, more objects glow and can be selected to display more information
5. certain objects inside the building (an air vent or door) will trigger animation to another graphic
