Its looking really good, most of the main shapes seem to be working really well. The thing that came to my mind straight off was that the centre area looks like it drops down alot further in the design sketch. theres a sense of depth in the middle like some sort of roads or monoroails are way down there. I think that would help get the sense of scale that the sketch has.

Looks great, I'm seeing the same thing as Tyson, looks like the area in the lower right quarter of the image should be a much lower level.

The concept art looks like there is a ton of glass and or reflective surfaces. Do you plan on adding that as well?

man i love that futuristic art! in fact i'd suggest not texturing it at all, and leaving everything gray like in your post
will give a Metropolis or 1984 feel to the future....a sort of dystopian, totalitarian future
don't texture it!
