Done with the truck and now moving on to the boat for my video. Not sure I like the way the consoles are looking right now. I am go back 2 files and start them over again. Anyway, let me know what you think as I go along. Thanks!

So far so good. Maybe some of your edges could do with a little tidying, looks like there are a couple of turbosmooth lumps on the corners of the cutaway between the 2 consoles. It's only a minor issue though.

I'm going to clean up the lines some before I go to much further. I finding that since the boat comes to a point up on the front, every time I add more poly's, I'm starting to get a cluster of vert's up there. I just want to smooth it out a bit. It's coming along nicely though. I found a top view of a similar boat online and then went to the local Bass Pro shop and took several reference photos of their boats. I'm supprised on how quickly it's coming together.

Thanks for your comments.

It is coming along well. If there's too many verts at the front you could probably weld some of the together.

That was going to create to many triangles. I did take the time to clean up the front and evenly space and reshape it. I looks a lot better now. I'm going to start adding the last details to the main body before I put on any components. You can see in the added picture.

My dad and I used to fish bass tournament together when I was younger and we always made a big joke about an incident that happened when I lost a fish that would have put us up in the winning levels. I re-wrote a song one day out of the Garth Brook song "Thunder Rolls" and call it "The Fishin' On". My dad played it for the first time and I thought I was going to have to call an ambulance because he was laughing so hard. I have always wanted to make an animated video of it and I'm going to try and get it done by Christmas. Good luck to me.....lol

Finished the motor. It was a little more difficult that some of the other components. I will still need to add the component... (i.e. trim, mounting and hoses.

Added steering wheel and detail to driver console and tweaked the motor a bit. I plan on making the throttle controls next.

Things left to do:
* Trolling Motor
* Throttle Controls
* Motor Mount
* Bases for post seats

Let me know what you think so far.

Great work. I can't really offer any crits because it all looks really good. If the whole animation can look as good as this it's going to be good.

Thanks Steve. As all of the models are being made, I wish I has a separate machine to do nothing but render while I kept working on scenes and models. My biggest challenge with be adding tree and grass to the scene.
