I hope your radiator is a better listener than my toaster. I try to chill out and make a few pieces of toast, after about ten slices the toaster starts getting a little self absorbed.
"did the hair dryer say anything about me?"..."do you think my cord is too short"... "what happened to English Muffins, you used to buy English Muffins?
Then I just go watch my fish swim around, he is a large and graceful fellow. That is seriously very relaxing to me.

well he's ok, little self absorbed, but a good listener. He is a little jealous on hair dryer but nothing to be worried about

what are your conversations with the radiator like? what are its views on the global financial crisis? what are its favourite movies?
if i'm ever stressed, i light up....i also light up when i'm not stressed, but that's different
maybe you should buy yourself a Wii and play one of those boxing games i've heard so much about!

Our conversations are mostly about his plan on world domination, he believes that human's time is up and radiator time is just beginning. And yeah, he has much to say about world crisis, yesterday he said it's one of best things that happened and that it will help his evil plans on world domination.
He mostly likes to watch those mechanical documentaries on discovery channel, "how it's made" and that sort of stuff.

When im stressed I do abdominal breathing. You breath in for 5 seconds hold for 5 seconds and then breath out for 5 seconds, then breath normally for 2 rounds and then repeat. If you do that for five minutes you tend to be pretty calm. If you start to feel light head take a break and then start again. Also going for a run or doing some kind of aerobic exercise helps because you burn off the excess adrenalin. Please support us and post a [Link to www.digitalartsfront.com] on your website.
definitely agree on the running thing. Since Ive started doing a 30 minute run every day I have felt 100% better in loads of ways including less stress and anxiety and generally more possitive.
I only really get stressed when watching sport and I find that swearing and throwing stuff helps. Probably not very healthy in a work environment though.[Link to www.3dprevis.com]
i like to put on music which makes me happy, usually something catchy or light hearted. uh there are heaps of movies i watch which just chill me out. skating helps me so i guess excercise in general.
but above anything else (for me) drawing and painting. even if what i'm drawing is complete crap i get so lost in it that i forget about everything.
and it's a story that might bore you, but you don't have to listen, because I always knew it was going to be like that.
i love that, i got my own little greenhouse in my room, i got roses, daisy's and couple of cactuses, oh yeah, and one of those japanese miniature tree.
