This is my first time to make a real life model for a person... A friend of my father is an engineer he wanted me to make a model house for a bday present to his brother.. so I accepted the challenge I'm doing this for the sake of learning.. i need crits people to improve this house... I voluntered to make this one
just ignore the background at the moment.. the plain that covered with grass is the Lot Line of the house.. I found out that the owner wanted a concept of this kinda color I need help in color blending too.. he wanted a texture on the roof "Choco Brown" which i don't have any.. what else i could add to the house and design to make a bit more real..

nvermind already found one
Comment and Crits is much appreciated..

To give your renders more realism you can go and look for several things to work on.
-Detail in your model- Remember, this is painstaking and timetaking, but the more detail you add in your model, the more realistic it CAN get. To much detail or attention to things can make it go vice versa aswell. Find a sort of balance between them.
-Texturing your model- Take your time to look for reference pictures from real housing and textures. Texturing is a great and very important factor for your final render since it really attracts your eye or not...do the textures match...or do they make things bleed and unreal, or are they to simple. Try different combinations of textures, and take your time to perfect them once you found a couple of good ones.
-Rendering out- Rendering your model is and can be mostly complicated at some times. It can also greatly improve or disprove your realism factor. Things like camera positions, lightnings, vignetting and a surrounding area. Maybe try and build a simple city scene, and imply this house right into it. It will really drive attention to it. But remember, Don't overdo things if you don't have to. If the someone you need to make this house for asks it to be clear and simple, do so. give him all the options you are capable of giving him for such a project.
-Finalizing- Maybe post process your picture abit in Photoshop, try to remove wrong angles or to bright colours. A sky background does great in architectual visualisations, but try to go for soft gradient ones that don't want to much attention when you want to show the house. If it's a nice slight and dimmy gradient it will be like the butter on your bread.
Keep it up!
