I'm not entirely clear from your description but to arc rotate around your object you need to press alt+ the middle mouse button, then drag to rotate the view. Middle mouse click alone with pan the view left and right up and down etc.. you should have arc rotate set to "arc rotate selected" or better still "arc rotate subobject" which is changed inside the arc rotate flyout (bottom right of the screen). Arc rotate subobject works best because when you have an object selected it rotates around the whole object and when you have a selection of subobjects selected it then rotates around the selection, very handy.

umm well it helped, but the problem isnt fixed... i mean like when you press up, and try to look around i cant look up or down

How about that. I didn't even know you could use the keyboard to navigate. When I press up it doen't look up either it zooms in. Is this what's happening to you?

Thats because your in walkthrough mode right? sorry I never use that feature myself so I had no clue what you meant. hold shift and press up and down arrow to go up and down in walkthrough mode.

I've heard alot of problems with walkthrough mode. I think you're better off getting used to controlling with the mouse/camera tools.
