I have a character model and skeleton that I need to weight. I modified the skeleton to fit the mesh and applied a skin modifier to the Editable Poly model; however, upon adding the bones, none of the verts were given weight, and when I change the envelopes, nothing changes (other than the size of the envelope).
Is this a common problem? How can I have the envelopes correctly apply weight to my model?
