Are you getting too much bleed? It might be a scene scale problem. Got any images?

you can create GI map files (irradiance maps and or light cache) with plain white or alternative materials applied to the scene. then load them up in the final textured scene. then the GI isnt tinted.

Yeh, the bleed is a bit strong. I'd go with Tyson's suggestion since he's a bit of a vray guru. It's looking pretty good otherwise though.

when you are using irradiance map you need to go to the dialogue below all the settings render a frame and press save file. save the .vrmap. then you can load it and change the irradiance map from "single frame" to "from file". Of course if you change things again you may need to render a new irradiance map. The method I suggested involves making a seperate scene and applying a plain white material to everything. or maybe some subtle colours if you want some colour bleed. render the frame and save the vrmap. open your original scene. set the irradiance map to "from file" and load the map. now the GI will be used from the file instead of a new calculation. The same method applies to light cache except that you will want to get it to auto save. and also you need to set light cache for both your primary and secondary bounces. save the map then load it up into just the secondary bounces. Its really a bit hard to explain. I will try to show how to do this in my vray video tut some time soon.
