So im at the point of putting together a demo reel but music is a hard one.
There's a lot i like out there. So far i was thinking of going country or classical.

go with classical it is copyright free in most cases which is a big plus if you plan on publishing it online.

I never bothered with music. I'd say just make sure it isn't too in your face.

Not neccesarily, It's really down to the employer. I've just never bothered. If they like my work it doesn't matter what it sounds like.

Yup. Sound can make you or brake you, but if your demo is awsome, then there is no need for you to have to put sound. The work should speek for it self.
