I'm pretty sure reflect/refract is the quick non-accurate one. And raytrace is the intensive accurate one.

yep thats pretty much it. The "Reflect/Refract" map(material) is fake you give it an image to reflect ... where as raytracing actually reflects it's enviroment. Please support us and post a [Link to www.digitalartsfront.com] on your website.
