Hello:
What is the difference between "RayTrace" and "Reflect/Refract" map(material)?
Which one is better to use?

Thanks for any help.

I'm pretty sure reflect/refract is the quick non-accurate one. And raytrace is the intensive accurate one.

So it really depends on what you're mapping it on to and whether the reflections need to be really accurate or not.

yep thats pretty much it. The "Reflect/Refract" map(material) is fake you give it an image to reflect ... where as raytracing actually reflects it's enviroment.
