the bowling ball don't animate when I preview the animation..
the bowling ball just fall on space and the bowling pins just shake a little when the animation starts...

you have to key the ball moving over a few frames and start the calculation a few frames into the movement so the ball has some velocity.
it might be harder than you think to get a strike. consider animating the ball by hand and only simulate the pins by making the ball unyielding in the reactor properties.

the ball was attach to a path constraint... having a good strike to hit the pins...

but if I start to preview.. it falls on the space.. by the way I already put a key frames on the ball in the path... reactor properties? u mean on the Rigid Body??

You don't need a path constraint. just animate the ball moving through the pins and out of sight.
make sure it is in the rigid body collection but check the "unyielding" checkbox in the reactor properties. otherwise reactor takes over and any animation you have is overwritten.
if you want to simulate the ball rolling down the alley you need to key just a tiny bit of movement at the beginning then make your simulation start on say frame 5 instead of 0 so reactor picks up some velocity.

I animated the ball to a path at 10-15 frames... to gain good speed... by the way is path constraint not compatible or not recommended to use in RigidBodyC animation...

ok i'll try..

theres no reason to use a path constraint for what you are trying to achieve. reactor is creating keyframes on all the objects in the simulation and ignoring the path constraint completely. Unless it is unyielding in which case you can animate it however you like but using a path constraint to make an object move in a straight line from point a to point b isnt necessary at all. just turn on the auto key button move to the frame you want and move the object. presto!.
