I haven't messed with DreamScapes Subsurface very much and I'm coming across an issue and I would really like to have it in my animation. Does anyone have a idea of how to make the reflection of the sun show up on the underside of the water. I can see the glitter reflection of the sun on top of the water, but not underneath. Also, I would love to add some costics to this animation, but I'm afraid it would add too much time to rendering and I have to have these animation done by this weekend. If you have any ideas on the sun, please let me know.

I used dreamscape once, I dont use it anymore. I found it hard to use to say the least. If you want to use caustics I would recommend doing a google search for caustic generator and then use the resulting animation in your lightmap/shadowmap in your main spot light in max. This will take a lot less time to achieve then using real caustics and it will look just as good. Good luck rick I wish I could help more.

Yeh sorry Rick, I haven't used Dreamscape for years and I don't thinki I ever did any underwater scenes. Unfortunately I think you're the Dreamscape expert on this site.

lol... That's scary.. This is the first time that I have ever used the Subsurface Atmospheric feature. I'll post my animation when it's done rendering.
