this is my first exterior using v-ray...after a long time being comfused what light to be use...now im done..with the help and advice of the members of the forum..thanks to all...hope you like it!!crits..and advice are very welcome..


i wish i can do that too......
i need more practice....

Your shadows from that hard light! grrr Mess with those.

i like it, only thing that you could change (besides the shadows grin.gif) is that orange color on frames around the windows, they don't blend with overall color of the building. Anyhow, great job.

nice work AHZ! I would suggest about the material tiling on the top fascia of the building could perhaps be improved? Other than that its looking fantastic for your first exterior! well done!

Looking good man. the texture on the ground is tiling very obviously so maybe make it tileable using photoshops offset filter. You might need to build pavement and gutters aswell though because it wont look right to just have one continuous concrete slab all the way around plus adding the details to the foreground will improve the realism.
make your shadows vray shadows and turn on area in the shadow parameters to blur them out slightly.
either that or use a vray sun as your main key light, just remember to turn it right down to .005 or something with its multiplier.
and I agree that the orange is a bit too vivid on the windows. Great work.
