I was having a look around for some animal reference footage and I came across this. It's pretty amazing and also handy, particularly if you are thinking of animating flying ants.

wow nature is strange but those videos were awesome. I find it very entertaining how the ant propells himself to the sky in an effort to escape its predators only to plummet straight onto his head.

and it's a story that might bore you, but you don't have to listen, because I always knew it was going to be like that.

Yes, it's almost like something you'd see in the matrix. Except the falling on the head bit.
