Besides the faces are in different places and I can't see how to to gather them all and set ID...

in general what i do is, once i apply UVW, i then collapse the stack....
then i select whichever polygons i need to map, then hit Unwrap UVW...you'll then see a flattened-out picture of your polygons (selected), and in the background you'll see the overall texture.... now just scale/move the selected polygons to whatever part of the texture you want....once this is done you can collapse the stack again, and select different polygons next time and repeat
this is what i do, i don't know if there's an easier way

Generally I don't really use unwrap unless its really necessary. just apply the texture you want to the whole object and show it in the viewport then select polygons and use uvw map on the selection then hit the fit button and adjust the uvw mod until it looks right. then collapse the stack and make a new selection. if you try to map the whole thing with one texture you will need quite a hi res map so its probably better to use the whole texture for each wall... in this case a simple box map for the whole shape and a tileable texture for the walls would work fine. theres no real reason to map each face individually.

mapping the whole house with exact detail is what I was planning to do.. I wanted to have a good output on my first work.. btw this house is just a simple box , converted to editable poly to created then a little boolean to create the rooms and doors... soon the windows too..

maybe I should have applied the mapping then paint the house first before putting the doors and others...

whats the best way to deal with my current problem? Do I need to go back where I started from a simple box and remake?

true....i think unwrap uvw will come in useful only when you have a low-poly character, and you have a texture bitmap that has all the clothes laid out
