My name is oliver, I'm 24, from romania. I am studying to be a dentist, last year. I'm a noob in 3d animation,just started this a month ago and it's growing on me, really turning into a passion.I have some ideas & I need help if anyone can help me & has spare time on their hands,maybe they like some ideas... but i'll post this in a different thread since I think I'd be offtopic here. At this stage I'd just say start with something basic. A lot of pople tend to come up with eleborate plans for scenes early on, without really knowing how much work is required to get it done. So I'd say just start with a basic model and if everything goes well you can texture it and then maybe put it in a scene. Something that you have easy access to for reference is a good idea, maybe try modeling your mouse.

I agree with Steve, people come into 3D with grand ideas of what they want to do and are very unrealistic in thier goals. I would suggest you start simple. There are tons of tutorials out there and we would be happy to help you and give you feedback smile.gif
