What are you talking about? That's the manliest pink Hippo with hearts on it's back standing in a field of giant mushrooms under a rainbow that I've ever seen.

Good stuff, but I think it needs the tail hair. You could probably do it with vray fur or keep it stylised and model it all chunky like.

Yeah the tail is left like that because I am dreading doing the tail hair...

I was thinking I might be able to model it to look like molded plastic, but thats killing my brain, then I thought, I could volume scatter some splines with a bit of noise... oh well will just have to keep experimenting. But it doesn't look too bad with chunky plastic tail, just needs a bit of tweaking.
