Well what is art but uptill now I've only done a few nuts & bolts if I can put it like that. At my work I mostly do the technicall side of the art-directors ideas.

Way back in the day I bought my first PC for 3DS Max (R4 I believe) but then my life changed and didn't do anything with it anymore.

I always longed doing something more creative but live gets in the way somehow.

At the moment I'm mostly working with Indesign, Illustrator & Photoshop. But fiddled around with stuff like Realflow and max.

If you want to have a giggle at the 'nuts & bolts' is there a place here to upload pics? - Nevermind - seem to have found it.

Edit: just saw from other people this is not the case - it's not a post-count but how much you spend in the forum or something?

2 & 3) Product-idea visualization for the office of a client (max + 1st time mental ray)

Glad you liked the newspaper wall
I first made a collage of newspaper clipping in Ps. Then the rest in Max. As I said - first time mental ray exploration (normally when fiddling around I just used scanline with skylight). Hope one day the client gives his ok so we can let it have produced.
I myself was thinking about using small halogen or LED lights but that was not needed according to my boss.
