How to make the ceiling like cloth?
exactly like the red ceiling of the reference image

I would model it.. with splines.. and extrude the line so that it has a good weight to it. and then apply a good cloth texture.

you can put and FFD(box) modifier on roof, add some points to it and modify it that way, or convert it to edit poly, add some geometry to it and use soft selection on verticies to model it to look like bend cloth or something..
