here in australia we are getting a watered down version of left 4 dead 2 because it was originally refused classification as the Australian game rating system is crap. anyways i was wondering if i imported (from anywhere really) the game on pc if i could still activate it on steam and play online?
and it's a story that might bore you, but you don't have to listen, because I always knew it was going to be like that.

banned but rather not commercial available. I guess if you can install and run it you should be able to activate it right?. I dunno.
It sucks alright. it sounds like if they had made the story that these "infected" humans were actually undead instead of merely sick with a virus the whole thing could have been avoided. Still, you have to ask what actual difference will there be. I mean, in fallout 3 it was refused classification until they changed the name of a few drugs such as "morphine" becoming "morpha" (you could almost hear the kiddies in their spelling test saying "but its spelt morpha! in fallout miss".) It would be really crap if they removed the whole tech of different limbs coming off the zombies but if its some other less apparent change Its still going to be a good game right? do you know what has been changed for the watered down version?.
