Although I appreciate this type of work in still form, and what you have done here is great, I started watching a movie with this style a while ago and had to turn it off.
It gave me a headache. It was like having someone turn a bright light on and off in my face.

No, I liked Sin City. It had shades of gray between black and white, so the changes between a dark scene and a light scene were not as harsh.

For the life of me, I can't remember the name of the movie I'm talking about. Anyone know what it might be?

i see couple of faces and one evil bunny in that smoke haha
Anyhow, looking good, only one thing, there's way to much shadows, on that second image, the man's face looks like a tiger from all those shadows

I think it is great drawing work, I really like the shadows and darker parts contrasting with the white. I wish i could draw that well..
