I made new plane, then I went to Modify-->Plane and convert it to poly.
Then I select Plane Edge and Insert some Vertexes. I selected Vertex and started to stretch this Plane.
Here is my picture of my work so far:

Yeah, what you have got there is whats known as an 'N sided polygon', meaning it has more than 4 verts making up a single polygon. Polygons should never really have more than 4 verts (3 is safe, its a tri), you can actually see on your image coming from the front wheel arch to the middle of the side window you are getting weird shading due to max creating tris behind the scenes to try and produce the polygon you have made.
