I'm not really sure what its meant to be but I like how it looks. I wanted to get a light emitting from the glass ball in the middle but I couldnt get it to look right so just left it. I guess I'd need a particle system like dust or something to show the rays?

The new plugins were Brazil Rio (awesome renderer by the looks of things) and a Greeble plugin to make the random cityscape type things.. Shame Rio doesnt render in anything higher res though
