i cant seem to find keyboard shortcuts if, for example, i want to create a box or a plane... is there actually keyboard shortcuts for that? thanks in advance!

Not creating objects I don't think there is, but if you go to Customize>Customize User Interface, you can see and edit all the keyboard shortcuts there.
