I've been updating and polishing my demo reel lately and thought I'd go back and make a few chenges to the Leggy. What I wasnt to know is, do you think this image is better than the other one

My thought was that you see a lot of 3d cars all shiny and clean in a plain studio environment, so I thought I'd try something a little bit different.

If you don't think it's as good as the first one, what do you reckon would make it better?

I am loving the dirty rally feel. (currently what my car looks like). Although I don't think it shows off the car very well.

Just the shot you've chosen, doesn't show the most detailed parts of the car, alot of your skill and effort is lost.

I like the first shot the car just looks great, the dirt rally one is very cool but I agree with what Varnished said. I guess if they're shown together it doesn't matter because it still looks good and the sand texture on the side looks really nice while the front shot shows all the detail you put into the car.

Yeh, I reckon you guys are right. I think I've gone about it the wrong way. I've let the environment become the focus of the scene rather than just a background to enhance the original model. It's just slightly annoying that I spent too much time on it. I'll come back to this one, thanks for the comments.

Ok how about this one? Personally, I prefer this one a lot more, even if it did crash my computer about 3000 times.
