I was confuse of making this ribbon, i was pointing with a word "Ametur Cor Jesu"...
I was thinking of loft or a bevel profile or create a path but both ends I dont have any idea how.. coz I want to make an animation on it moving like a cloth...

If you're gonna use cloth you could make the shape with a spline and add a garment maker modifier.
