So here's some fun. Everytime I open up a file in max or drag out a primitive in max I get a BSOD. I don't know why it's happening all of the sudden, I haven't changed anything recently. I've checked the windows problem reports and it says it is a video hardware error. I've had problems with this videocard in the past, so I'm kind of leaning towards blaming it again. Maybe it's the videocard gods telling me not to buy Nvidia ever again. It seems to run games fine ( well TF2 anyway, that's the only one I've played recently) it just crashes in max. Has anyone ever had this problem?

Try switch OGL and DX see if one works. Like your games could be using OGL and max using DX?
