Can anyone tell me what's wrong? VRay Log is acting weird when i'm doing a quick render then cancel it.. when I turn off Vray log its works fine.. when I turn it on it freezes max but I don't think it hangs because I can still open the "help (F1)"...

you can open help because it's not opened by max, it's a stand alone help file.
As for freezing, i don't know, try reinstalling vray.
