Here is a new one for me. Any ideas on this one. I'm not sure if I just overload Max or what, but I've lost 2 view ports with this scene. I've closed Max and restarted and even rebooted, but I can't get them to come back. It's only happening with this scene. HELP!

I have had this happen before, but normally a restart fixes it. Are you sure you have not zoomed out really far?

I guess you could try reinstalling max. Or export you scene and re import it.

select an object and press z.

thats a strange one. Could it be the scale of your scene is out?, you could try linking everything to a dummy and scaling it down a bit. failing that I'd just merge everything into a new scene and save your vray settings to a preset.

It's actually scaled down pretty good. I XRef'd the scene into a new one and it works just fine... I've never seen anything like that in the 7 years that I've been using Max. I'll know better next time I ever lose a viewport, not to save it..lol
