(Sorry but not speak english very well).

Hello boys are a beginner of 3ds max are also new forum. I need your help because I want apllicare to an object textur a metallic color and fairly reflect other objects. Could you help? I would be very grateful to explain step for step! And also can you tell me where I can find maps already made? Thanks in advance!

Ok first question what render are you using? Default? Mental Ray? Vray? The approach is different within each.

As a beginner I'm going to assume you're using the default renderer. In which case, go to your material editor and in the reflect map spot, put a reflect/refract map. This is the most basic way to get a reflective material. To really get a good metallic material you'll want to add a diffuse map, reflection map, bump map etc, as well as an environment map so it has something to reflect. It's up to you how far you take it. And as Jamie said, if you're using a different renderer it'll be a different method.
