Hey guys. I'm trying to complete this great tutorial [Link to library.creativecow.net] , but, as always, there have to be some prbolem.
It's all about 2.2 - looks quite easy to make (yes, i know how to deal with bezier), but.. somehow i just can't get effect like this shown on the image (Just can't get it right on both top and left viewports). It barely looks like it - and so when i am trying to align cyllinder to path, everything's just wrong. Any ideas/advices? Because clouds made with this method look really nice... smile.gif

All you should have to do is gettit right in the top viewport and then get it right in the left. What sort of trouble are you having? I'm sure the path doesn't have to be exactly the same does it?

Thanks, another question.
It's about other project, but it's also a minor problem.
As you can see on the images below, i'm trying to complete the tutorial of Joan D'arc. I thought it was easy, but when i came to the moment of connecting legs, i got pretty confused. Is it the right moment to connect first, original leg with mirror, or should i do it later? How do i do it, i tried welding ,connecting and target welding but it's not giving good effect. Or maybe i should just make model with mirror, and connect them on the end?
## I'm on this page of tutorial [Link to www.3dtotal.com]

And, btw, thank you guys - no matter what questions i'm asking, you always keep answering - you're really great. Even google is not giving as much informations as you!

I'd just use a symmetry modifier rather than mirror for starters. Just model one side of the body and then add a symmetry modifier. Then you don't have to worry about welding and connecting.

That's correct. That tute may have been made before the symmetry modifier existed. Symmetry is much better than mirror.
