Looking good. You will definitely benefit from using global illumination if you're not already. Please support us and post a [Link to www.digitalartsfront.com] on your website.
The scene it's self is well composed. The first thing that stands out and completely destroys any realism you might be hoping to achieve is the textures. If you can get those textures right you will have one hell of a good scene. Also I would recommend using a more photo realistic render such as V Ray. Good textures combined with good lighting and shaders and this will be a great piece of work. Please support us and post a [Link to www.digitalartsfront.com] on your website.

Gotta agree with Jamie, also work on your lighting. For starters think about where the actual light sources would be in the scene (lamps maybe, or windows etc) and start to place light sources there. That should get you started.[Link to www.3dprevis.com]
I agree with everyone else. the scene looks very nice, good models, but really tweak your lightning and you are good to go. the models are fine so far.
Keep up the good work, and never stop trying new things.
