I donated two slots for custom advertisments to my local paint horse club's annual auction. But I am unclear of the terms and conditions that I would need to attatch. Of course, the old, do not redistribute for profit and that kind of thing. Also things like do not remove my name and/or credits, but what else? Would I have to put in there that anything that needed to be paid for first like stock photos, would have to be taken out of the price? Would you even consider it commercial? The actual money from this would go to the youth scholarship fund, so would that have any le-way in being non-profit? It might be used in a magazine like that AQHA or APHA Journal, as well as the Equine Chronicle. Or it might simply be framed and put in someone's house. Please help me write up and put togeather a "Contract" kind of thing that states all of these terms and help me to choose which rules might apply. Thank you.

Here is an example of what the ads would be:

If you're that worried, maybe you shouldn't donate them. Otherwise, maybe a lawyer would have a better idea of what you should do.
