I'm trying to do a simple piston animation from tutorial and I stuck on "open sliding joints rollout" ... I serched google and on screens from 3d studio ang it seems to be over rotational joints but it isn't ...

I'm not sure, you're question is a bit vague. Can you not find the sliding joints?

or can someone give me link to tutorial? - how to make a simple piston-crankshaft animation - without "sliding joints rollout" ...

You should be able to find sliding joints in the 3ds max help file. Unless they're not in V7.
