I thought I'd share my excitement on here. I just bought a new easel and a whole bunch of oil paints.
I want to get back into some traditional work kind of for medicinal purposes. Heres a photo of my new setup.
6 million levels of pressure sensitivity with true to life subtractive colour!!

the painting is my first attempt in oil for some years and its only the underpainting stage so bare with me. I will post a clear photo when I'm
a few more sessions into the process,

Nice dude, starting a class next week in oils I have bugger all traditional knowledge but once I do it would be cool to chat with you about it. Keep painting.

yeah, its fun. I'm really enjoying it. only trouble is I keep wanting save versions so I don't mess up what ive done so far.

i'm also meandering towards traditional art as well, downloaded a ton of ebooks on life drawing, comics, etc....will couple it with my Zbrush learning

keep posting, or we'll never know how badly you mess this one up
