Is this for a workplace kitchen? It seems very cold and spacious, not chef friendly.

Your renders always look so well lit, clean, and professional. My renders are always somewhat dark. I need to work on that.

I did notice that the lobster washer/dryer is not in the first image

The washer/dryer was a preliminar design my cousin had. But he changed it later on for the Wine storage. I think it was a good change.
