Most member here are fairly new to 3d. There are some members who are working full time in the industry as well as freelancers and hobbyists. We should be able to help with most conumdrums you throw at us, though we were baffled by someone asking about negative index of refraction a few weeks ago. Other than that we've got a pretty good strike rate.[Link to www.3dprevis.com]
(Negative index of Refraction???? I was just discussing this in Physics class the other day...j/k) Check out the link, great findings...
Maxon:C4D, NextLimit:RealFlow, FinalRender, Piano, Violin, Pencil, Eyes.... These are all a part of me.
Negative IOR has become the running joke, its like the only thing we couldn't solve. Haha. Please support us and post a [Link to www.digitalartsfront.com] on your website.

That is a good idea, but keep in mind it's pretty hard to get a bunch of people around the world to all sync up at the same time and work individually towards the same goal. Lots of people on here have full time jobs and can't dedicate a lot of time towards side projects. That said, it can be done - there are a few online communities that I can think of that work together on big scenes. I read about one once that were aming to make the entire city of Minas Tirith from LOTR in 3d. I don't think we have the member numbers just yet to do anything significant (unless it involves lots of teapots).
Yeah, a whole 20 seconds. It took longer to find the LOTR image than it did to make the rest. Please support us and post a [Link to www.digitalartsfront.com] on your website.
