Hey, everyone.

My issue is as follows:

I received a 3DS MAX file with some animation already in it and need to add three more animations within the same file (for in-game stuff). The rig needs to return to a default pose, a stance set by the other animator (located at the beginning of the timeline) so that everything links up seamlessly. When I opened the file, it was in Motion Mixer Mode. Motion Mixer Mode is the only place where I can see the animation that the other animator already had in there, although no keyframes are visible. I tried hitting Set Key and Auto Key (one at a time), and it won't let me set a keyframe. I hit the Key button, and nothing happens (I should mention that Key Frame Info is not visible in any area other than when I'm outside of any modes). I leave all the modes, and then the Key Info appears to the right.

My question is this: how do I add animation to this character? I need to get the rig to return to the default stance and then continue on to add my other three animations.

Any help or advice you guys can offer would be really helpful!
