Ok I'm going to give you honest feedback because you want to get a job.
I would like to see a high res version of the video if at all possible as most of the detail you are trying to show are lost.
I think your models are good and I think towards the end of the video where you are showing all your models with no textures and then adding them one by one is good. It shows that you are able to take a low res model and make it look amazingly detailed with you texture maps. It also shows that you have experience in the unreal editor which is always a plus. However the video its self is where I have a problem.
I would cut the video as follows. First show each object and the textures like you do at the end of the video. try and find a more interesting way to show them other than spinning them around real fast. Then at the end of the video I would fade into a scene of them all in action. Try to make a smaller scene where the focus is on the actual objects you have just shown. For example I would create a street scene with a few benches a mail box a road with a couple of the telephone poles. Something that seems like most of the objects where created by you.
So show the models first then show them in action.
I agree with Jamie here, You have great models that you want to show, but the video in itself has a low quality sample, render out in HD and then scale down in your editing software.. render out @ minimum 780 H x 1280 W. This will give you a great res to work with, and it can be viewed in any LCD screen with no prob.
Another thing that I wanted to add, You would have to fix either the lighting or the textures for when you display your models. When I was watching the spins, both the mailbox and the pedestal lost their details bc they look dark, spend about 7 sec. @ the most with each model, transitioning them from basic model, to normal map applied, to texture applied. A slower spin can help you out as well, giving it a little bit of elegance.
You're in the right track and believe me that you have the material, all it needs its a little bit of tweaking. In every project no matter how small or big it is, you can always achieve 80% with no problems, but the other 20 will haunt you for what seems an eternity!! haha a teacher once told me that.
Yeah gotta agree with other guys.. like Jamie said, move the action to the end... what were you trying to show there, that you could throw tables around?! Hehe The whole 'in world' stuff could do with a little more polish too
You're modeling is looking pretty good though. Maybe spent a bit to much time on the bunker thing... such a simple model and you spend a good few seconds on it.
Also I was getting dizzy coz things were spinning so fast
Otherwise, the stuff is looking good dude. UT3 engine gives you a lot of scope for awesome in game stuff

Yeah man you certainly have some great material there. just needs to be presented a little better. I was most impressed when I saw the in game part at the beginning but felt like it came unstuck when the tables started flying around. maybe just stick to nice fluid motions looking at the scenery. maybe get some slow closeups of each of the main objects. Its still very dark, or is that a style choice?, some parts seem like they don't have textures on them, I'm guessing because its in such darkness. Also I would leave out the stuff showing you using the editor and textures flying around. It just seems confusing and detracts from the art work, whoever watches this at a company will know whats involved and asses you on how good the models look.
Thanks a ton everyone. I'm going to do my best to make these changes. But at the same time im going to have to start applying for jobs soon. From what i hear i have a clear path to take when pushing this to look better but if everyone unanimously thinks the material is good, that could be enough. The main theme of this thread seems to be, organize the shots in the editing better and make it more clear to see, either with more lights or higher resolution. I'll do my best! Thank you all very much! I feel like i've taken a trip to the doctor's office who specializes in 3dsmax portfolios.
