Needs allot of work....the b & w render looks really fuzzy, also ofcourse some lighting and just more work overall....go easy on me, any and critique is welcomed
The black and white one is fuzzy because you probably need to turn up some sampling modifiers on your renderer.
COD4, good choice
It could do with some Anti-Aliasing, and some GI to kill some of the harsh shadows. Also a subtle bump map on the walls would be nice.

You've got some good models in there. Next step to work on is lighting. Think about where the light sources would be in real life, you might have to model some lamps or other light sources. The tv would give off a bit of light so maybe add a soft omni(?) light close to the screen.[Link to www.3dprevis.com]
