We are looking for real advice on these boards not just a "pat on the back" as in the past. That being said we are looking for constructive criticism so no flaming either.

I always thought the advice on here was pretty good, compared to somewhere like cgtalk where it's all "awesome work dude!" and that kind of stuff.

Yea but it could be better, I have seen site's where you get some really good feedback and that is what we are aiming for here.

I think this site has been a great for place for people to post work without the fear of being flamed by very hardcore 3d pros with superiority complex. but we do have a healthy amount of pros and high end enthusiasts here to answer most any question. I agree that those of us who are quite experienced should try our best to make the site attractive to new members by giving detailed and constructive crits whenever we can. Great site guys and congrats on all the hard work.
