why is that everytime i render it always have some spot or looks like a dirt??????but hope you like it.need some advice

Usually it's because you need to turn up your subdivs in something. Maybe your reflections in this case?

hmmm, in my opinion you just need to turn up your render setting ( especially in image sampler & noise treshold ). and turn up subdiv in material & lights shadow.... hope it help you.
by the way, the grout in floor material is too big...

I like the v5! awsome! I can see you're using vray, what you can also do is going into the Settings tab in the Render Setup, there go into Light settings, and usualy I doble the Diffuse Subdivs, that crancks up the smoothness as well.
