Use a higher setting on your irradience map to get that noise down.
Also may want to choose adaptive antialiasing and turn the max subdivs up to like 100. Your angled lines are a bit blocky and that should fix that.Please support us and post a [Link to www.digitalartsfront.com] on your website.

To be honest I just think the lighting and materials are way too bright. its getting washed out. Try using the vray material override in the global switches rollout to test the lighting with a standard material on everything then adjust your lights.
