I want to copy the lighting in this photo exactly in 3ds max but have no idea how to do it. Can you anyone help me please?

I could be wrong, but it looks like VRay Light Material. Do you have VRay?

Looks like Vraylight MTL indeed, I think Spitfire might be right.

yeah, it could be vray. or mental ray but as these guys have said it does look like they have used some sort of self illuminated material for the ceiling lights. I'd suggest using either vraylight material or a self illuminated material for the glowing lights in the ceiling. Then add some carefully placed spotlights with very soft area shadows for illuminating the space. use GI in vray or mental ray. In vray I would use a combination of irradiance map and light cache with a dark blue tint in the skylight environment override and a few bright coloured walls behind the camera to bounce some extra light around.
