I dont think so, I think it just runs off of your system colours. Which you can set up in you appearance settings in control panel.

dont like white coz my eyes is easily irritated on it too light..

You can load the dark UI scheme. go to customize>Load custom UI scheme>then find the UI folder in the max root directory and load the dark UI. Personally I don't like the icons with that scheme.
