Modeling really comes down to practice and knowing the most efficient way to do certain shapes. Someone might be able to do a tutorial for a house like this, but it would be better if you just practiced you modeling and got your skills up to a point where you can do a model like this. It wouldn't be too hard, it'd would just take a bit of time and effort.

Yes it would be awfully time consuming for people to do tutorials for every specific item someone might want. Its best to begin and check in by asking about your technique at certain specific difficult parts to ensure you arent doing things in an akward way.
