I wouldn't say it's bad, it's always hard trying to match up that lighting and reflections etc when you're comping photos and 3d. I'd suggest that the materials on the truck need a bit of work, they don't seem to be interacting with the environment too accurately.

i agree with Gerard, matching a model´s lighting with a photo it´s a hard task, i really like more the second image, the first one needs more work with the lighting and materials.
