Its looking pretty good. I think its a bit dark maybe. have you thought of baking some lighting into the textures? you could do some GI lighting and use render to texture. also I'd watch the scale of some of your textures and the direction of the bump map on the ground looks like it should be inverted.

Just to be critical though, seeing as its the point of this and because its your portfolio
I think you could add some more grunge to you textures namely gradient grunge at the edges of things to hide the corners and to give a sense of age. like water damage coming down from the roofs and grime build up going up from the pavement and dirt and everywhere you don't walk or sweep. A normal map for the ground would look great and the rooftop could use a more obvious texture like corrigated iron or somesuch material.
Heres a few maps i use quite alot for horizontal grunge but you would obviously need to work them into your specific uv mapping.
